Terms of Service

You sign in with a mobile number and a one-time code — there is no password. Before you can buy a lead, we verify your business through GST or dealership proof; until that's approved, you can browse the catalogue but not purchase from it.

You may add teammates to your account. You, as the account owner, are responsible for what your teammates do with the leads they access, and for removing anyone who should no longer have access — removal takes effect on their next action, not at the end of a session.

A lead is a buyer's qualified enquiry: the vehicle they want, their budget band, timeline, location, and finance or exchange interest, all captured on a recorded call by our own agent. Before you buy, you see all of that except the buyer's name, phone number, and the recording itself.

When you buy, we charge your wallet the price shown at that moment — the exact figure you saw, never a different one — and we disclose the buyer's name, phone number, and (where the buyer consented to recording) the call recording, immediately.

At most 3 businesses can ever buy a given lead. This is enforced at the moment of purchase, not just shown as a limit in the interface — a fourth attempt to buy an already-sold-out lead is refused and nothing is charged.

Buying a lead does not guarantee the buyer answers, is still interested, or buys from you. It guarantees a real, qualified enquiry, captured on a call — what you do with that opportunity is yours to manage. Our Refund Policy sets out exactly what that promise does and does not cover.

You agree that you will not:

• Contact a buyer who has asked to stop hearing from businesses, or who is on our do-not-contact list — we tell you when this applies to a lead you've bought, and continuing to contact them anyway is the one thing that gets an account suspended fastest.
• Resell, redistribute, or share a buyer's contact details or the call recording with anyone outside your own business.
• Use a buyer's details for anything other than following up on the enquiry you purchased.
• Call outside the hours permitted under TRAI's regulations (09:00–21:00 local time).
• Misrepresent your business during verification, or let someone without `can_purchase` access buy leads through a workaround.

We review accounts flagged by a rising rate of buyer complaints or blocks. We may warn, throttle, or suspend an account for breaching §3, and a confirmed, serious violation — most importantly, contacting a buyer after being told to stop — can result in forfeiture of the account's remaining wallet balance and permanent removal from the platform. We do this because the promise we make to buyers is what lets us make you any promise at all: a marketplace that doesn't enforce it is one buyers stop trusting, and then there's no lead for anyone to buy.

You buy leads from a prepaid wallet. The minimum first top-up is ₹5,000. While a self-serve payment gateway isn't live, top-ups are credited manually against a payment we've confirmed receiving — every entry in your wallet's ledger names who recorded it and why, and you can see that ledger from your account.

We never take a commission on the vehicle sale, the exchange, the insurance, or the finance. What you earn on a buyer you bought as a lead is entirely yours.

The Growheels platform, its content, and its brand belong to us. The data in a lead you've purchased is licensed to you for the purpose of contacting and selling to that buyer — it does not transfer to you as your own database to keep, resell, or use for anything unrelated to that enquiry, and §3 and our Privacy Policy govern what you may do with it.

We qualify every lead by phone before it's listed, but we don't guarantee that a buyer's stated intent results in a sale, or that a buyer remains reachable or interested by the time you call. The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific lead the claim relates to.

You may close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account for the reasons in §4, or on reasonable notice for any other reason. On closure, any unused wallet balance is handled under our Refund Policy.

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and tell active accounts by WhatsApp or email of a change that materially affects what you're agreeing to.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, where Growheels Technologies Private Limited is incorporated.
